Scentsy and Stroller Strides of Laguna Niguel, Aliso Viejo, and Laguna Beach

Spent a gorgeous September morning at Aliso Viejo Community Park showing Scentsy to a group of Stroller Strides moms and their kidlets.  Stroller Strides is a class where moms bring their babies and toddlers in their strollers of course, to get in a great workout and socialize at the same time.  The Aliso Viejo Park is the perfect setting to spend a morning or afternoon.   Keira Malkus the owner of the Laguna Stroller Strides also offers classes meeting at Chapparosa Park in Laguna Niguel.  Check out the Class Schedule for meeting times.

These classes are no walk in the park... In just one hour you will get a complete head to toe workout that will have you feeling energized and looking fit! Classes are designed for all different fitness levels and are taught by certified instructors who are also moms. Stroller Strides welcomes moms and babies from 6 weeks to any age! If you are recently post partum or pregnant, the only requirement is that you supply a doctor's approval to exercise
